Returns & Cancellation:-
We offer a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 48 hours from the date and time of delivery to register a return request.
The return window automatically closes after 48 hours.
Only unused, unworn jewellery in original condition and packaging will be accepted.
Return requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted.
π How to Register a Return
Click on the βRETURNSβ option in the main menu and submit the required details.
Our team will review and approve your return request.
The order will be picked up from your address (please use the original packaging) and shipped back to us.
Once we receive your items, our team will quality check them and initiate your refund.
π³ Refund Terms
Refunds are issued in the form of a store credit / gift card with lifetime validity.
A reverse shipping fee of βΉ60 per order will be deducted from the refund amount.
The gift card will be issued after deducting βΉ60 once the returned products are received and approved.
For damaged products: If an item is delivered in a damaged condition, the full product value will be refunded as a gift card without any deduction.
Monetary refunds (bank/UPI) are not provided.
β Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled due to operational constraints.
We kindly request customers to place orders thoughtfully and avoid impulsive purchases.

We want you to love what you buy! In case you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process with the following terms:
π Return & Exchange Eligibility
You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours from the date of delivery.
Only unused, unworn items in original packaging and condition are eligible.
Items requested after 48 hours will not be accepted for return or exchange.
π Reverse Pickup & Shipping Charges
Once your return or exchange is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged from your delivery address.
The cost of reverse shipping is βΉ60 per order, which will be:
Deducted from your refund (in case of return), or
Charged separately before dispatching your exchange item.
Please use the original box and packaging to return the items safely.
π Exchange Process
After the returned item reaches us and passes quality checks, your requested exchange item will be shipped.
Exchange processing will begin only after the original product is received at our warehouse.
In case the requested product is out of stock, we will issue a store credit (gift card) instead of exchange.
π³ Refund Method
For returns, refunds are provided as store credit / gift cards with no expiry (lifetime validity).
Monetary refunds (bank/UPI) are not provided.
Damaged or defective items (if approved) will be fully refunded as store credit without deduction.
β‘ Important Notes
If the reverse pickup is not serviceable by our courier partner, you may be asked to self-ship the parcel and share the courier receipt with us.
In self-ship cases, βΉ60 will be reimbursed as part of your gift card after receipt and approval of the product.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for personalised or custom-made jewellery.

β± Delivery Timelines
(Delivery period is calculated from the next day after dispatch)
- Metros (ROI): 2 to 5 working days
- Other / Remote Locations: 5 to 7 working days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen courier delays. (WebsiteName) shall not be held responsible for such delays, but we will actively follow up with the courier to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.
π Packaging & Handling
- All artificial jewellery is securely packed with protective material to prevent damage in transit.
- We conduct thorough quality checks before dispatch to ensure items are shipped in perfect condition.
π° Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above βΉ999(change if required) within India.
- For orders below βΉ999(change if required), a flat shipping fee of βΉ70 will be applicable.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.
π΅ Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for orders up to βΉ3,000(change if required).
- A COD handling fee of βΉ60 will be applicable per order.
- Please note: Orders placed via COD cannot be opened before payment and must be accepted upon delivery.
- In case of non-acceptance or refusal, future COD orders may be restricted for the customer account.
π Delivery & Collection
- Please track your parcel regularly until delivery.
- Ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
- For non-residential addresses (offices, hostels, hotels, gated communities, etc.):
- Coordinate with the reception/front desk/courier collection point at the premises.
- Be aware of any designated courier collection points at your address.
π Missed Deliveries
- Delivery agents may not call before attempting delivery.
- Usually 1β3 delivery attempts are made.
- If the recipient is unavailable during all attempts, the parcel will be held at the nearest courier hub.
- It is the customerβs responsibility to contact the hub and arrange re-delivery.
- If unclaimed, the parcel will be returned to us.
- Re-dispatch will be done only after the customer pays the re-shipping charges.
π Address Details
- Please provide your complete address, PIN code, and correct State while placing the order.
- If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-reachability, the actual shipping cost will be charged again to resend the parcel.
